My music is copyrighted, is free to use in YouTube videos, streams, podcasts, personal, and commercial projects, as long as you agree to the following terms:

1. Allowed Usage

You may use Helkimer's music for free in YouTube videos, podcasts, livestreams, social media content, and commercial projects (excluding large-scale productions).
Free usage is only allowed if proper credit is given (see Section 2).

2. Mandatory Credit

To use the music for free, you must include one of the following credit formats in your video description or project details:

If proper credit is not given, the usage will be considered a violation of these terms.

3. Restrictions

Re-uploading or redistributing the music as a standalone file (e.g., claiming it as your own) is strictly prohibited.
Registering the music in Content ID, music distribution platforms, or claiming ownership is not allowed.
No exclusive rights are granted. This free use is non-exclusive, meaning others can also use the music.

4. Reporting Unauthorized Use

Failure to comply with these terms may result in copyright claims, content removal, or legal action.
